As the Bereavement Services Manager, you will provide clear leadership and management to the customer facing team, giving attention to the standards expected by the Institute for Cemeteries and Crematoria Management’s (ICCM) Charter for the bereaved. You will be the front face for the service, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively, working to achieve a customer service excellence accreditation and innovating income generating initiatives.
You will ensure the customer experience improves and evolves through continuous improvement of processes and ways of working, and ensuring our services meet the needs of our culturally diverse community using the cemetery and crematorium.
About the role
Lead and manage the Bereavement Service advisory and business support team, ensuring all customer service processes are compliant with all applicable crematorium and cemetery regulations and statutory requirements.
