In this role, you will support all learner enrolments at the college as well as process and analyse performance data across our key indicators of success, recruitment, retention, attendance, achievement and success.
This is a crucial role for the service, and you will make your mark by demonstrating a good eye for detail and data analysis, as well as being competent in the use of MS Excel and have an understanding of ESFA funding rules and returns.
To be successful in this role, you should enjoy working within a team, processing and analysing data, have good digital skills and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated and adaptable as well as being responsible for their role and their own learning and professional development.
This is predominantly a desk-based role with the opportunity to work from home as well as in the office. You should be confident to communicate across online platforms such as Microsoft Teams. You will be dealing with College and Council colleagues as well as our learners daily and will be provided with the training and digital kit and equipment to enable you to succeed.
