As a Certified Competent Person to P402 and P405 with extensive asbestos related experience or trade based qualification to advanced level plus good experience in an asbestos related environment, you will be best placed to provide practical, accurate advice to in house trades and professional teams. You will also be managing external contractors to provide survey and analytical and removal and remediation services. You will also be required to manage the Councils Asbestos database to ensure accurate information is provided to all services.
You will be contracted to work a 37 hour week and you will be given 24 days paid leave rising to 29 days after five years, there is a contributory local government pension scheme and mileage is paid for business use.
