You will have the enthusiasm and expertise to teach young people who are facing emotional, social and behaviour difficulties. You will have a proven record of delivering high quality teaching and learning and be a creative and innovative practitioner who has the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. You will work individually with young people in their homes, community centres or Cranbury College. You may also work with small groups of pupils in Cranbury College.
Cranbury College is a complex, multi-site organisation which includes Primary PRU, Secondary PRU, Individual Learning Programmes, Behaviour Support Team, Home and Hospital Teaching, Medical Tuition, Re-integration Team and Vision (post 16 work related learning programme).
