Our committed team provides personalised care across residential and short break services in Reading for young people.

About the role
This is a great opportunity to join our enthusiastic team at our children's homes, both of which have been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. You will be supporting young people to lead as full a life as possible, helping with everyday activities.
Pinecroft is a residential service offering high quality long-term care for children and young people aged 8-18 years with complex needs and learning disabilities.
Cressingham is a short break service offering overnight support to children and young people aged 8-18 years with complex needs and learning disabilities.
The role requires staff to work on a shift pattern rota, which will include a combination of early (7-3) and late (2-10) shifts, sleep-ins, weekend working and bank holidays/religious celebration days.
