About BFFC:Brighter Futures for Children is improving outcomes for Reading's children, young people and families.
We are an independent, not-for-profit-company, wholly owned by Reading Borough Council. Our responsibility is to deliver quality children's services, early help, education and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services in the borough.
The Team/Role:Are you committed to improving the lives of Young People In Reading? Are you able to build long-lasting meaningful relationships? Are you adaptable, flexible and proactive?
We are looking for a special individual that can swiftly engage with young people on their terms, to support them over a period of time, being creative, motivational and fun. You will need to be resilient and persevering and able to work at different times over the week to be able to engage with young people at times and in locations that will be most effective.
