Brighter Futures for Children is an independent, not-for-profit-company, wholly owned by Reading Borough Council. Our responsibility is to deliver quality children's services, early help, education and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services to children and families in Reading.
As the Performance Officer you would be dealing primarily with the Youth Offending Service and their data. The role is responsible for the collection, collation, and analysis of a range of data held both on Youth Offending Data systems as well as partner data that is accessed. The role involves the provision of data submissions to government departments and locally withing Brighter Futures and to partners. The performance officer would also be ensuring accurate inputs to the Youth Offending Data system and liaising with the provider to ensure data recording is completed.
The successful candidate will have a high level of expertise with information technology, a good understanding of data management and statistical analysis methods, together with a meticulous approach to work. The ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks is essential.
