About the role
Are you passionate and enthusiastic about supporting children with additional needs and their families? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established team, delivering home visits to young children with additional needs and/or disabilities and their families.
The post will require you to provide direct interventions to children with additional needs and to promote and support inclusive practice for these children.
You will need to work effectively with a variety of colleagues, have good communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
You will need to have experience of working directly with pre-school children and families and have, or be willing to develop, a good understanding of legislation affecting children with additional needs and knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
